Welcome to the world of raw eating!
My name is Teresa, mother of six kids, and I recently had the experience of eating raw for five days and I totally enjoyed it.
My husband and I visited a Health and Wellness retreat called Sanoviv -- this place changed our lives forever; it gave me a better understanding of why eating a good amount of raw food is very good for you.
Raw food has natural enzymes that we need in our bodies to break down the food so our cells can use the nutrients. When we cook food we lose those enzymes. So now I want to
share my experience eating raw, and how good it tastes.
I have traveled to New York City to be certified by the top chef of raw food. He the owner and the founder of the longest running raw restaurant in Manhattan. I thank him for my training and my new skills. I am so excited to share my knowledge with my family, friends and new friends.
